Embrace

Pencil and ink sketch colored in Painter X using acrylic brushes and a WACOM tablet. Sally and Nicole embracing - chastely, of course Not really sure what else going on here.

This was originally just some doodle that happened to come out rather cute/sexy, but I really just wanted an idea for more color practice. I was trying for a “portrait” look. The background is indistinct, but I think it evokes a forest feel. Overall I am happy with the result although I think this still reflects a somewhat simplistic approach to color and I need to work on color harmony.
