Pencil sketch redrawn/colored in Paint Tool SAI. My submission to this week's "Drawing Training Ground" at EQD. The premise is that Discord is doing one last prank before turning good (see [link] ). I decided to go with a classic. Somehow the very fact that this is so mundane makes it incredibly funny to me. I think it would be more hilarious with Twilight, but who else would be drinking a Coke?

Oh my, poor Lyra. :) And yeah, I agree - the fact that it's such a clichéd joke to play on someone DOES make it funny; nobody would do this for real anymore, but that's precisely why doing it anyway would be quite amusing (well, to the extent that playing pranks like these on people is amusing in the first place, but then we are talking about Discord here).
